The Woodlands Waterway® graces the beautiful natural surroundings and architecture of the Town Center as well as being a relaxing diversion and transportation link. Along its meandering 1.4-mile length, pathways, parks, green spaces and Waterway Cruisers connect areas for working, living and playing that are all part of The Woodlands planned community.
In addition to enhancing the pedestrian-friendly environment and spectacular landscape, The Woodlands Waterway® provides a sense of synergy and natural exhilaration for employees, residents and visitors alike. As a focal point and connecting element in The Woodlands Town Center, The Waterway provides an easy and relaxing way to access The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion, The Woodlands Mall, The Marriott Hotel and Convention Center, Class-A office buildings, restaurants and urban lofts and townhomes.
